Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
Work with business users to understand requirements, document process flows, and convert them into digital solutions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, and other business systems where required.
Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and user adoption of digital applications.
Identify prospects to simplify manual processes and suggest practical digital improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, engineering, and business users to deliver solutions on time.
Work with external vendors to evaluate developed applications and act as a bridge between internal business teams and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly understood, validated, and delivered effectively.

Desired Skills: -
24 years of experience in application development, business process automation,



or low-code/no-code development.
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Excel-based data handling, and basic database concepts.
Exposure to other technology stacks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, Python, .NET, or reporting tools will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of AI concepts, practical use of AI tools, and ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes will be an added advantage.
Ability to understand business problems, think creatively, and propose simple technology-led solutions.
Startup environment experience or solid self-driven attitude with ownership mindset is preferred.
Manufacturing process industry, plant operations, industrial automation, or water treatment domain exposure will be preferred.
Positive communication skills and ability to work with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
