Electrical Maintenance Engineer Energy Optimization Who you are/: Manage the plant 's electrical grid, including transformers, APFC panels, DG Diesel Generator sets for emergency backup, and VCBs/ACBs Vacuum/Air Circuit Breakers. Identify and fix issues with configured VFD drives and PLC/-based systems, changing logic rungs or parameter sets to get the machine operating again. Perform in/-depth repairs on intricate machine wiring, such as solenoid valves, contactors, relays, proximity sensors, and limit switches, throughout the production floor.

To prevent electrical fires and motor burnouts, design and oversee planned maintenance schedules using predictive instruments like thermal imaging and insulation resistance testing.



Keep an eye on AC/DC motors to make that the windings are in valuable condition, the bearings are lubricated, and the motors are aligned with mechanical loads.
