Role & responsibilities
Positive Experience in Valve Designing.
Ensure compliance to requirements of Customer / API Q1 / API 609 standards as applicable during the design process.
Hands on-in 3D modeling, Layout and Drafting in Creo Software and 2D drafting in AutoCAD and excel base design calculation.
Identify critical components & processes during the design process.
Various Audit Preparations like Compliance to Recent standards.
Timely release of Engineering documents / NPD Documents.
Participate in Complaints / NC analysis / Assembly issues / Machining Issues.
Ensure creation of recent codes / BOM within the specified time frame of 3 days for standard orders & 7 days for non-standard orders.
Accountable for Timely Release of BOM Codes / Concerned Drawings / MSS / EDS / SOPs




Accountability for Quality and Delivery of products in terms of timely release of Design document.
Ensuring 100% error free BOMs/ Codes.
Effective implementation of ECRR/ECN.

Preferred candidate profile
Mechanical Engineering Graduate/ Diploma with product knowledge of all types of Mechanical Valves, with minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in working with customers in Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Water, Chemicals & Nuclear sectors is essential.
The expertise of application of Valves along with various country - specific and product specific Standards is added advantage.
