Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hosur & Dharmapuri for a Digital Marketing & Field Marketing Executive.

The selected candidate will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote ERP and business automation solutions across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, monitoring campaign performance,



and optimizing marketing strategies using analytics. The role also involves field marketing activities such as coordinating client visits, participating in local events and exhibitions, generating leads, and working closely with the sales team to strengthen brand awareness and customer relationships. Robust communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally are essential.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification: Any Degree.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, or a related role.

Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies.

Experience in Social Media Marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Knowledge of Web Analytics tools and performance tracking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in field marketing, event coordination, or lead generation is preferred.

Basic understanding of ERP, accounting, or business software solutions (TallyPrime, Odoo, ERPNext, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Hosur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines independently
