Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role at Phixora is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email, aligned with Phixora’s brand and growth objectives. Day-to-day activities include assisting with content creation, campaign performance tracking, and reporting on key metrics to improve reach and engagement.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, optimizing digital assets, and participating in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives.



This position offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing in a rapid-paced home services environment and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

Solid Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, monitor performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.

Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing fundamentals, including social media, search, email, and basic performance optimization.

Basic Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and support coordination of multiple marketing activities.

Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media dashboards, Google Analytics, basic design tools) is an advantage.

Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work in a structured on-site environment in Bengaluru.

Relevant coursework or training in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in digital marketing is a plus.
