Serve as the first point of contact for participants, troubleshoot queries, and manage discussions.
Manage all Program Office responsibilities including scheduling and delivery of online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, and presentations.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders such as senior managers, academicians, and industry specialists.
Monitor participants' performance and engagement using program trackers to provide a personalized experience.
Identify, manage, and implement processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent learning experience.
