Lumora Creative is a rapid-growing creative and digital marketing agency focused on delivering innovative branding, advertising, and performance marketing solutions. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Set up, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max).
Assist in developing and executing digital advertising strategies to generate leads and improve ROI.
Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, and backlink analysis.
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, banners, videos, and social media content.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends,



platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Strong understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO basics).
Experience managing social media advertising and organic social media campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console is an advantage.
Valuable understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
