Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize the company’s online sales channels, including marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune District, involving daily monitoring of product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, handling customer inquiries related to online purchases, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Specialist will analyze sales data and website performance,



prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements to increase conversions and revenue. Additional responsibilities may include creating and updating product content, supporting digital campaigns, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online platforms, drive revenue, and support growth targets.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers and collaborate with internal teams.

Relevant experience working with online marketplaces, shopping cart systems, or ERP/CRM tools is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Ability to work in office in Pune District, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
