Role Description This is a full-time, in office Data Analyst role based in Delhi, India.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources to support reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, preparing regular and ad hoc reports, and performing statistical and trend analyses to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into analytical tasks, and presenting insights in a clear, actionable format.

Analyst will also contribute to improving data quality, refining data models, and supporting the development of data-driven processes across the organization. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics experience to interpret complex datasets and support business decisions.

Applied knowledge of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.

Proficiency in Data Modeling for structuring, optimizing, and maintaining data across databases and reporting tools.

Effective Communication skills to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python or R) is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Ability to work in office in Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team workplace.
