Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Executive / Direct Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
Present the company's software development services and solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5+ years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or B2B sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Experience selling IT services, software solutions, SaaS, or digital services is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
CRM experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
