About the Role

Studio 5 Design is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Direct Resource – New Business Development professional to identify, connect with, and generate business prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, architects, consultants, corporate organizations, and channel partners to expand the company's project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, corporate clients, PMC firms, and decision-makers.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients to introduce Studio 5 Design's services.
Generate qualified leads for commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and turnkey interior projects.
Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, tenders, and business opportunities.




Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the design and management teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Follow up with prospective clients until project closure.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry seminars.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and business development targets.
Prepare regular reports on business activities, meetings, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills

Good understanding of the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
Strong networking and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
