The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales and operational data, developing dashboards and reports, and providing actionable business insights to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Monitor website sales and call centre performance through data analysis.
Generate business insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
Present analytical findings to management in a explicit and actionable manner.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate / MBA.
Robust analytical background.
Experience in sales analytics.
Exposure to website sales, MIS, dashboards, and call centre analytics.
Ability to generate meaningful business insights from data.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools will be an added advantage.
Community Preference
Age: Below 40 years.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (as applicable).
