Summary: The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives across email marketing, organic social channels, and other digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for creating and scheduling campaigns while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the marketing strategy. This position works closely with the Digital Content Specialist to bring campaigns to life and plays a key role in maintaining day-to-day marketing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Campaign Management
Design and schedule high-volume email marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
Ensure accuracy in email formatting, links, images, subject lines, and calls to action.
Support audience targeting and list selection to ensure emails are sent to the appropriate segments.
Manage email deployment timelines to ensure campaigns are scheduled and launched on time.

Organic Social Media Management
Create and schedule organic social content across Meta, including Facebook and Instagram,

Pinterest, and LinkedIn.




Ensure all social content aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and overall marketing strategy.
Write captions and adapt messaging across platforms to maximize engagement and audience relevance.
Maintain organized social media content calendars to support consistent and timely posting.

Paid Media Support
Support paid media efforts by assisting with creative content for Google Ads.
Help prepare ad copy, visuals, and campaign materials that align with marketing goals.
Coordinate with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure paid media assets are accurate and on brand.
Assist with organizing creative assets needed for digital advertising campaigns.

Qualifications
Experience in email marketing and/or copywriting required.
Experience using HubSpot for email campaign creation, scheduling, list management, and reporting.
Proficiency with Sprout Social, Canva, and Google Ads preferred.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
