Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our Maintenance Team at our manufacturing plant in Ankleshwar. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdown handling, and preventive maintenance of production machinery and plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of production machines such as Slitting, Lamination, Printing, Casting/Extrusion, and related equipment.
Attend and resolve machine electrical breakdowns quickly and safely.
Troubleshoot motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, switches, MCBs, MCCBs, control panels, VFDs/inverters, and electrical wiring.
Identify the root cause of electrical faults and carry out breakdown analysis.




Perform preventive and routine electrical maintenance of machines and equipment.
Ensure electrical panels, wiring, and components are maintained properly.
Coordinate with the Maintenance and Production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Follow electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Maintain basic records of breakdowns, maintenance activities, and spare parts used.

Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.
Around 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience in Flexible Packaging, Plastic Film, Printing, Lamination, Extrusion, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Robust hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting and electrical breakdown maintenance.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment and handle breakdowns as required.
