Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests in a skilled and courteous manner.
Troubleshoot and repair issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support in managing hotel energy systems and water consumption efficiently.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workshop and equipment storage areas.
Be available for emergency repairs and on-call duties as needed.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
