We are looking for a skilled Electronics professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Sourcing Vendor Development specialist in the area of Electronics and Electricals, specifically focusing on PCBA, Electronics Components, and Wire Harness Assembly. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in electronics and electrical systems.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality electronics components.
Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
Conduct market research to identify new vendors and technologies that can improve our products and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop current electronic systems and products.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to electronics and electrical systems.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize sourcing processes and improve quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and vendor development, preferably in the electronics and electrical sector.
Strong knowledge of electronics components, wire harness assembly, and PCBAs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Robust problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
