Solid analytical & and problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Perform and participate in design and code review.
Work in an onshore-offshore model and be available to join and manage meetings involving team members from different geographies if required.
Consider multiple systems and cross-system integration when designing and developing solutions.
Understanding of/utilizing Agile and Scrum software development methodologies
Produce software documentation and engage in quality assurance activities.
Maintain established configuration management process.
