We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Education Counsellors to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective students through outbound calls, understanding their educational needs, counselling them about suitable programs, and guiding them through the admission process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students. Understand candidates' educational requirements and provide suitable guidance. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments. Build and maintain positive relationships with students. Update lead details and call records in the system. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or above (Mandatory). Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1+ year of sales experience are preferred.
Language: Hindi is mandatory. Positive understanding of English with the ability to communicate effectively. Robust communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Salary :Freshers / Less than 1 year of Sales Experience: ₹13,000 (Net)
1+ Year of Sales Experience: ₹15,000 (Net)
Work Details Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Work Mode: Work From Office
