Role Description The Director – Blockchain & Emerging Tech is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad . This position is responsible for defining and driving the organization’s blockchain and emerging technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives in immigration and visa consulting.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading research and evaluation of current technologies, overseeing the design and implementation of blockchain-based solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate these solutions into existing workflows and client-facing platforms. The Director will manage a technical team, set priorities and timelines, establish best practices and governance for technology use, and ensure compliance with relevant data security and regulatory standards. The role also involves stakeholder communication, vendor and partner management, and ongoing optimization of deployed solutions to improve efficiency, transparency, and client experience.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in blockchain technologies (e.g., public and private chains, smart contracts, distributed ledgers) and practical experience in designing and delivering blockchain solutions.
Solid understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML,



data analytics, cloud platforms, and automation tools, with proven ability to assess and integrate them into business processes.
Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams, including strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration with business and operations stakeholders.
Experience with information security, compliance, and governance frameworks, particularly around data protection, transaction integrity, and regulatory standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Robust communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage senior management, partners, and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in blockchain or emerging technologies are an advantage.
Prior experience in consulting, financial services, or regulated industries is beneficial; familiarity with immigration or legal-tech domains is a plus.
