Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions tailored to various skill levels.
Assess employees' language proficiency and provide constructive, personalized feedback to support their growth.
Create and curate comprehensive learning materials and resources to aid the development of language skills.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting teamwork and active participation.
Monitor learners' progress regularly and adjust training approaches to meet individual and group needs.
Qualifications:
Robust command of both spoken and written English.
Proven experience in language teaching or training (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and inspire learners.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the learning needs of individuals.
