Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, and switchgear. Install, connect, and test electrical equipment and components. Carry out cable routing, wiring, termination, and panel maintenance. Maintain proper functioning of lighting systems and plant electrical distribution.

Follow

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety standards during maintenance activities.

Mechanical Maintenance

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment. Repair, replace, and align mechanical components including bearings, couplings, gearboxes, pumps, belts, chains, and valves. Perform lubrication and routine inspection of machinery. Assist in machine installation, dismantling, and commissioning. Diagnose equipment failures and carry out corrective actions.



Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance.

Preventive Maintenance

Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities as per maintenance plans. Record maintenance work completed and report equipment abnormalities. Ensure maintenance tools and spare parts are properly used and maintained. Assist in identifying recurring equipment problems and support continuous improvement initiatives. Safety & Compliance Strictly follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, and statutory regulations. Maintain positive housekeeping in maintenance areas.

Qualification

Any qualification.

Experience 2–5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience with production machinery and industrial utilities is preferred.
