Job Title: Cyber Security Trainer – Tamil

Offenso Hackers Academy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cyber Security Trainer who can deliver engaging technical training in Tamil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in cyber security concepts through interactive classroom sessions, practical labs, and real-world demonstrations while mentoring them towards successful careers in cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver cyber security training sessions in Tamil, with English used where required.
Teach subjects including Networking, Linux, Ethical Hacking, Web Application Security, Penetration Testing, Digital Forensics, Cloud Security, and Cyber Security Fundamentals.
Design and deliver practical lab exercises, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Prepare and maintain lesson plans, training materials, attendance records, and student performance reports.
Keep course content updated with the latest cyber security technologies, tools, threats, and industry practices.
Support students in certification preparation, project development,



internships, and placement readiness.
Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, college outreach programmes, and other promotional activities organised by the academy.
Collaborate with academic, placement, and operations teams to ensure effective training delivery and student success.
Maintain discipline and create a positive, interactive learning setting.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the management in the interest of the organisation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of Networking, Linux, Ethical Hacking, Web Security, and Cyber Security concepts.
Hands-on experience with cyber security tools and penetration testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
Relevant certifications such as CEH, eJPT, CompTIA Security+, PNPT, OSCP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
