Cyber Security Manager

Location: Mumbai Job Summary

8 years in Information Security with at least 3–5 years in a Cyber Security leadership role. Responsible for planning, implementing, operating, and continuously improving the organization's cybersecurity program to protect IT/OT infrastructure, cloud platforms, business applications, and enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities

Manage SOC operations, SIEM, XDR/EDR and incident response.

Administer Firewalls, WAF, VPN, PAM, IAM, NAC, DLP, MFA and Microsoft Entra ID.

Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and remediation.

Develop cybersecurity policies, standards and SOPs.

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and applicable regulations.

Manage Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud security.





Support OT/Industrial cybersecurity and IT/OT segmentation.

Coordinate security audits and vendor management.

Conduct security awareness and phishing simulations.

Prepare executive cyber risk dashboards and KPI reports.
