About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and student-focused Educational Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the study abroad journey by understanding their academic goals, providing course and university guidance, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.
Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, and preferences to recommend suitable universities and programs.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
Assist students with the admission process and coordinate with the admissions team.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students to ensure a seamless counseling experience.
Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards.





Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of experience in counseling, sales, customer service, or education is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
