About the Role

Phenom Cloud is looking for a results-driven Head – Sales & Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive revenue growth. This leadership role requires someone who can build a solid demand generation engine, align sales and marketing, and create a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Own MQL and SQL generation, conversion, and marketing ROI.
Develop brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, content, and social media initiatives.
Plan webinars, events, partner marketing, and thought leadership programs.
Track marketing performance through analytics and dashboards.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Work closely with Sales to achieve revenue and growth targets.





Requirements
13+ years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, preferably in IT Services, AI, Cloud, SaaS, or Digital Transformation.
Proven success in demand generation and revenue marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, SEO/SEM, and campaign management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
