Job Responsibilities
Develop BIW welding fixture 2D / 3D finish / concepts based on customer requirements
Create concept layouts and 3D models using CATIA V5 / NX / Fides
Prepare feasibility studies and fixture design concepts
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams
Ensure designs comply with automotive standards and GD&T; principles Required Skills:
Experience in BIW Fixture 2D / 3D / Concept Design
Proficiency in CATIA V5 / NX / Fides
Knowledge of welding fixtures, tooling, clamps, locators, and automotive manufacturing
Understanding of GD&T; and tolerance stack-up
