We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator who is customer-focused, organized, and proactive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while working closely with the sales, logistics, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment.
Provide customers with updates on order status, deliveries, and product availability.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and service requests.
Prepare customer service reports and maintain documentation.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.




Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and service issues.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or ERP software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred
Experience coordinating with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Knowledge of order processing, inventory coordination, and customer service best practices.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,493.57 - ₹29,876.04 per month
