We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for a 3-month contractual assignment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a professional approach to handling customer interactions.

Communicate effectively with customers through written and verbal channels in English.

Accurately update and maintain customer records and information on a daily basis.
Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Solid English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team workplace.
