Role Description This is an in office internship role based in Kerala, India for a Cybersecurity Intern. The intern will assist in conducting basic security assessments under supervision, including mobile (iOS/Android) and network testing tasks as assigned.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include collecting and analyzing logs, documenting findings, preparing reports, and supporting social engineering simulations. The intern will help with research on emerging threats and tools, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and support the development of training materials.



The role is designed to provide structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to industry-standard methodologies and frameworks.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as vulnerabilities, exploits, and secure network architectures.
Basic familiarity with penetration testing tools or techniques (e.g., network scanners, proxy tools, mobile testing frameworks).
Understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows, mobile platforms) and common network protocols.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail in reporting findings.
Ability to learn quickly, follow ethical guidelines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Interest in mobile security, VAPT, social engineering, or corporate cybersecurity training is highly beneficial.
