The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have prior experience in handling US customers, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound or outbound customer calls professionally.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information using MS Office tools.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Required Skills
Mandatory experience in the US Voice Process.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Eligibility
Willing to work from the office.
Flexible to work in US shifts.
