Team Leadership : Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering their growth and inspiring them to achieve excellence.
User Research : Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, behaviors, and challenges, translating insights into impactful design decisions.
Prototyping : Develop interactive prototypes to visualize, validate, and refine design ideas.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.
Design Systems : Contribute to or establish design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
Usability Testing : Organize and execute usability tests, collecting feedback to improve designs.
Quality Assurance : Partner with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, addressing any design-related challenges during development.
Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including user flows,



wireframes, and specifications.
Trend Awareness : Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
5-7years of proven UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing creative, user-centric designs.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision or equivalent.
Robust understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking processes.
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring design teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with front-end development technologies to facilitate design-developer collaboration.
Experience with tools like Zeplin, Proto.io, or Principle.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
