Job Title: Electrician

Department: Administration / Maintenance

Reporting To: Admin Manager / Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment to ensure the secure and uninterrupted operation of the institute's facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, switches, lighting, and equipment.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
Maintain DG sets, UPS, electrical panels, and power distribution systems.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Maintain maintenance records and inventory of electrical materials.




Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and AMCs.
Attend emergency electrical breakdowns and perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualification & Experience
ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Valid Electrical License (preferred).

Skills
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read electrical drawings.
Familiarity with electrical safety practices.
Valuable problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
