Customer Support Executive (US Shift) – Ranchi (In-office)

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand (In-office : Relocation to Ranchi is mandatory)

About the Role

Optra Intercom (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to international customers, resolve product-related issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Candidates: Applicants from the North-East region (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, application, and basic technical issues.
Guide customers through product installation, setup, and configuration.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.




Document customer interactions and maintain accurate support records.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are completely resolved.
Stay updated on company products, features, and technical documentation.
Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Eligibility:
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Tele calling.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree preferred (graduates from any discipline can apply).
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
