Gross Salary: ₹24,000 per month
Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Technical Support.
Qualification
Graduate (Any Discipline)
Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop and laptop support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, scanners, and related devices.
Handle software installation, updates, and basic system administration tasks.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues through remote or in-person support.
Maintain IT assets and support documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Required Skills
Good understanding of desktop troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and software issue resolution.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP,
connectivity troubleshooting) preferred.
Solid communication skills in English.
Customer-oriented attitude with positive problem-solving abilities.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates comfortable with US night shifts and work-from-office setup.
