Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Follow up with customers regarding their concerns and feedback.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Take feedback from the clients who have already done the site visits, take their feedback, make reports on the clients visited, after sales client servicing

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal Communication.
Valuable listening and customer handling skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
