Digitus Data Centers is looking for an experienced Design & Technical Manager to support the development and delivery of mission-critical Data Center projects.

This role will lead the technical design coordination across the project lifecycle, from early-stage technical assessment and pre-contract qualification through design development and construction delivery. The position will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, OEMs, clients, and hyperscalers to ensure technical requirements are fully understood, coordinated, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate Data Center technical design across electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, ICT, security, and related disciplines
Manage design development from concept through detailed design and construction stages
Support pre-contract technical qualifications, RFPs, RFIs, technical submissions, and client requirements
Act as a key technical interface with hyperscalers, enterprise clients, consultants, and delivery partners
Review technical proposals, specifications, drawings, calculations, and design documentation
Drive multidisciplinary design coordination and resolve technical interfaces and constructability challenges




Support value engineering, technical risk assessment, cost optimization, and design-to-budget initiatives
Coordinate technical requirements during construction and ensure alignment with approved design intent
Support testing, commissioning readiness, handover requirements, and technical closeout
Ensure project deliverables align with applicable client, hyperscaler, contractual, regulatory, authority, HSE, and project-specific compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Solid experience in Data Center design, engineering, and construction delivery
Proven exposure to hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical infrastructure projects
Solid understanding of critical electrical and mechanical systems
Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, OEMs, and technical stakeholders
Strong client-facing and technical coordination capabilities
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions
Robust English communication skills
