Financial Advisor (FA) – Position: Financial Advisor (FA) Department: Sales & Distribution Industry: Life Insurance / Financial Services Key Responsibilities - Generate new customer leads through calling, references, field visits and networking.
Understand customers’ financial goals and insurance requirements.
Explain suitable life insurance and financial planning solutions to customers.
Conduct customer meetings and provide product presentations.
Prepare quotations/illustrations and assist customers with policy applications.
Coordinate documentation, KYC and proposal submission.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Follow up for premium payments and policy renewals.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular reporting of leads, meetings,



conversions and business.

Required Skills - Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and negotiation ability.
Customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge. Qualification &

Experience - Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Sales, insurance, banking or financial-services experience will be an advantage.
