Role Description The D2C Ecommerce Lead – FMCG (Nutraceuticals) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels, including website and marketplaces, to drive revenue and customer engagement.

Daily tasks include overseeing online listings and merchandising, planning and executing digital campaigns and promotions, and monitoring performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and retention. The role involves coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, high service levels, and a consistent brand experience. The D2C Ecommerce Lead also analyzes consumer data, identifies growth opportunities, and optimizes pricing, product mix, and customer journeys to support business objectives in the nutraceuticals segment.

Qualifications
Solid E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience in D2C business models,



online merchandising, and revenue optimization.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for performance improvement.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and deliver a positive customer experience.
Knowledge of FMCG or nutraceuticals, online marketplaces, and digital tools for ecommerce operations and marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting, with strong organizational skills and a focus on execution and results.
