Key Responsibilities:  Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished AC units and related products.  Manage outbound logistics operations, including vehicle placement, route planning, and shipment scheduling.  Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.  Ensure accurate preparation and verification of dispatch documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transporter records.  Monitor loading activities and ensure proper handling of products to prevent transit damage.  Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.  Maintain dispatch records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.  Optimize transportation costs while ensuring service quality and delivery timelines.



 Manage relationships with transporters, logistics partners, and third-party service providers.  Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and company regulations related to logistics and transportation.  Investigate and resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, shortages, and customer complaints.  Lead, train, and supervise dispatch and warehouse staff to improve operational efficiency.  Support inventory control processes and conduct periodic stock reconciliation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
