Role & Responsibilities
Test, validate and troubleshoot electronic products, sensor modules and control circuits.
Verify product performance against technical specifications, datasheets and customer requirements.
Conduct functional, electrical and reliability testing using Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter and other laboratory equipment.
Investigate product failures, perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Read and analyse electronic schematics, PCB layouts and component datasheets.
Prepare, review and finalise Technical Data Sheets (TDS), test reports and technical documentation.
Support customers in troubleshooting field issues and provide technical solutions.
Evaluate new components, suppliers and technologies for product improvement.
Work closely with the R&D;, sales and supplier teams during product development and validation.
Ensure products meet quality, reliability and customer expectations before release.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics,
Electronics & Telecommunication or Instrumentation.
26 years of experience in electronics testing, hardware validation or product development.
Positive knowledge of analogue and digital electronics.
Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter, DC Power Supply and soldering tools.
Ability to read circuit diagrams, PCB layouts and electronic component datasheets.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with LED drivers, power electronics, sensors or embedded hardware will be preferred.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and independently handle technical investigations.
Candidates who enjoy hands-on electronics, product investigation, debugging, testing and solving challenging technical problems , specially in sensors are encouraged to apply.
