Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective patients from the provided database. Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally. Explain the clinic's dental treatments, services, offers, and appointment process.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments with the respective clinic. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments. Maintain accurate records of all calls and update the CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
Coordinate with clinic teams regarding appointment schedules and patient feedback. Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Ensure a positive patient experience through courteous and skilled communication.
