We are looking for a proactive Support Executive to manage customer support activities, AMC renewals,

service coordination, and customer relationship management while ensuring timely resolution of customer requirements.

 Pre-Sales Support - Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with the Sales team.

 After-Sales Technical Support – Hardware - Register service calls, coordinate with engineers, and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.

 After-Sales Technical Support – Software - Coordinate software support requests and track issues until successful resolution.

 AMC Renewal Sales - Monitor AMC expiry dates, generate renewal prospects, and follow up with customers for contract renewals.

 Key Account Management - Support High Courts, Government Departments, and major customers by coordinating bulk orders, installations, and service requirements.

 Innovation & Process Improvement - Maintain service records, MIS reports, and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
