We are looking for a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer (MacBook Expert) to provide on-site technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of macOS environments, troubleshooting Apple hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. This role requires a proactive problem solver with solid communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for all MacBook users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain macOS systems, laptops, and related peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi on macOS devices.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device policies in Active Directory and MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools such as Jamf or Intune.
Ensure regular software updates, patch management, and compliance with IT security standards.
Assist with data backup, system recovery, and user migration during upgrades or replacements.




Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to maintain system stability and user productivity.
Document all incidents, resolutions, and procedures in a explicit, structured manner.
Provide user training and guidance on best practices for macOS and associated applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills & Abilities
Proven experience in providing in office desktop support and technical assistance.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and Active Directory.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively assist users.
Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
