The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in ERP systems, Excel, or other databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy while ensuring data confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into ERP systems, Excel, or company databases.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
Correct data errors and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of company information.
Perform document filing and record management.
Support administrative and operational activities as required.
Complete assigned tasks within the specified timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer applications.
Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
Rapid and accurate typing skills.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas preferred).
Good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Data entry accuracy (99% or above)
Daily data entry target achievement
Timely report submission
Error-free record maintenance
Compliance with company procedures
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
Office-based role.
May require extended working hours during month-end or reporting periods.
