Who We’re Looking For We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to manage customer queries related to RTO shipments, lost orders/data complaints, and service-related issues.This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to RTO (Return to Origin), lost orders, delivery delays, and product-related issues. Provide transparent updates to customers and resolve complaints in a skilled manner.



Coordinate with logistics/courier partners to track and resolve RTO or lost order cases.

Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM with every interaction. Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the operations/logistics team for faster closure. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and build trust.

Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Requirements: Minimum Graduate qualification. Excellent spoken English & Hindi is mandatory. Fresher - 1 year of experience in Customer Support / BPO / E-commerce / Logistics. Solid problem-solving ability and patience while handling escalated cases. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Comfortable working full time from office (Chhatarpur location)
