Role Description This is a full time, on-site Email Marketing Specialist role based in Noida.

The Email Marketing

Specialist will plan, create, and execute email campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention goals. Daily responsibilities include building and segmenting email lists, setting up automated workflows, crafting targeted email content and subject lines, and scheduling campaigns using email marketing software. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and optimizing strategies through testing and iteration.

The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales,



and design teams to ensure email initiatives align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools.

Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.

Candidates should possess Communication skills to craft clear, persuasive messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including experience designing campaigns that drive qualified inquiries and conversions.

Relevant experience in email campaign management, including list segmentation, workflow setup, and A/B testing.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout troubleshooting is beneficial.

Understanding of deliverability best practices, consent-based marketing, and anti-spam regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
