About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive who is fluent in both Tamil and Malayalam to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, solving queries, and delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver a positive customer experience while adhering to company standards.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their concerns.
Eligibility
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or a similar role.
Fluency in both Malayalam and Tamil is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English will be an added advantage.
Comfortable using computers and CRM applications.
Robust problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
