We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Freshers with good Excel knowledge and robust communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
Create and edit documents in Microsoft Word.
Prepare basic presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Maintain and organize digital records and files.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.
Ensure confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
