AGM / DGM Legal (Brief )

The AGM / DGM – Legal will lead legal, regulatory, and compliance functions for real estate projects, ensuring legal support across land acquisition, project development, commercial transactions, customer documentation, litigation, and statutory approvals.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to land acquisition, joint development, leasing, construction, EPC, O&M;, and other commercial contracts.
Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land acquisition and development projects.
Provide legal support throughout the project lifecycle, including regulatory approvals and customer documentation.
Ensure compliance with RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Companies Act, Stamp Act,



Registration Act, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, registrations, and statutory compliance.
Manage litigation, arbitration, consumer disputes, and legal notices while coordinating with external counsel.

Desired Qualifications
LL.B. (Mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
10–15 years of post-qualification experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction.
Experience with a leading real estate developer, infrastructure company, or reputed law firm preferred.
