Must have
Strong understanding of spam, fraud, abuse types, and the tactics employed by malicious actors.
Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Splunk, Tableau) to analyze, report, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in recognizing patterns and identifying trends in large data sets.
Ability to develop and implement tools or scripts for investigative purposes (experience with Python, SQL, or similar is a plus).
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Solid verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams, customers, and industry specialists.
Comfortable working in a distributed team environment with flexible scheduling requirements.
Commitment to ongoing learning and career development in areas related to fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and abuse mitigation.
